MCCS Food Concessions
 

There are many people at our show, and they all have to eat and drink.

We do have a master food concession contract in place to provide food service for the October 2007 Miramar Air Show. However, we may choose to supplement that contract service, so you are encouraged to provide a proposal (there is no application form) to us which outlines your menu, pricing, and facilities, as well as your general capabilities. We will be reviewing such proposals from a variety of sources during the next few months.
